Australian Grand Prix
This year’s Fosters Australian Grand Prix was a huge success. The Fosters Australian Grand Prix Circuit situated in Melbourne around Albert Park Lake is less than 10 years old and offers an ultra-modern experience to masses of Formula One fans. The four day event required an extensive sound system to ensure all facets of Albert Park were covered with clear and intelligible sound. Outlook Communications were appointed to oversee the sound system installation, and they chose to use TOA speakers throughout Albert Park to provide the reliability, exceptional quality and high performance associated with TOA.

horn speakers covered the public arena, pit lane, main straight, grand
stands and national race paddock. They were highly compatible with
existing speakers and various other equipment required for the install.
The speakers provided reliable sound and extensive coverage at all
listening levels throughout the event. During non-race times levels of
86db were used, while the levels were raised to 90db for all public
announcements and commentary during the races.
