> How do spare parts get shipped?

Orders are shipped by Australian Air Express on an overnight basis, after payment has been received.


> Can I have spare parts sent directly to me?

The goods should go to a home or business address, where someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery.


> What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Card, direct deposit, Cash or Cheque (which must be cleared before goods will be sent).

> How do I request an owner’s manual?

> How much does an owner’s manual cost?

Owner’s Instruction Manuals average at $22.50 retail and Service Manuals average at $38.50 retail.

Audio Products Australia is a wholesale distributor and does not sell directly to individuals. We have an established chain of authorised dealers, through whom our products are sold. Some of the products sold by Audio Products Australia have upgrades that can be installed. Please contact your local dealer or our Service Department on 1300 134 400 if you have a product requiring an upgrade.

This may mean that some products are first released internationally and there may be some delay before the products are released into the Australian market.
