APG Educational Frequently Asked Questions
Q:How much is the course?
A: The 4 day Audia Certification Course is free to Biamp customers,
and accommodation, meals and transfers will be provided free of charge by APG. You
are responsible for travel to and from Sydney (Alexandria).
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Participants must bring their laptop computer equipped with
Microsoft Windows ®, XP or Vista, a 10/100 MB network interface card and an external
mouse.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Business casual.
Q: Is accommodation provided? For how many nights?
A: Yes, lodging will be provided for interstate, international
and participants from outside of Sydney for each day of the 4 day training, including
the night prior to training day one (conditions apply).
Q: Are meals provided?
A: Yes, daily breakfast at the hotel, lunch at the APG Education
Centre, and casual dinners at local restaurants.
Q: How long is each training day?
A: Each training day will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with
regular breaks.
Q: What is the course cancellation policy?
A:
If you must cancel for any reason, please contact us 2 weeks in advance
so we can arrange to fill your reservation from our waiting list. If
you don’t cancel and are a no-show for the class, your company will be invoiced
for the first night accommodation charge ($150).
